Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and INFRANOVASOFT Technology Solutions for the use of NutriScan. By using the app you accept them; if you do not agree, do not use it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

What the app is not

NutriScan explains labels; it is not medical or nutritional advice. The traffic-light colors compare sugar, saturated fat and salt per 100 g or 100 ml using the UK front-of-pack thresholds; they are not a local certification or an overall health score. AI readings can contain errors: check them against the package.

The app does not provide professional tax, accounting, legal, medical or engineering advice. The decisions you make with it are yours.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give true information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Delete my account.

Your content

What you create in the app is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it and show it to you so the app works. You can export or delete it whenever you want.

Acceptable use

• Only confirm readings that match the package. Do not upload photos of people or personal documents.
• Do not use the app for anything illegal or to harm others.
• Do not try to access other users' data, overload the service or reverse engineer it.
• Do not resell or redistribute the app or its content without permission.

If these rules are broken we may suspend or close the account, after notice when the law requires it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, design and code belong to INFRANOVASOFT Technology Solutions. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your devices.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Apple

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If we change them we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app when the change is important. Questions: desarrollo@infranovasoft.com.

Aceptación

Estos términos son un acuerdo entre tú y INFRANOVASOFT Technology Solutions para el uso de NutriScan. Al usar la app los aceptas; si no estás de acuerdo, no la uses. Nuestra política de privacidad explica cómo tratamos tus datos.

Lo que la app no es

NutriScan explica etiquetas; no es consejo médico ni nutricional. Los colores del semáforo comparan azúcar, grasas saturadas y sal por 100 g o 100 ml con los umbrales de la guía frontal del Reino Unido; no son una certificación local ni una puntuación de salud. Las lecturas con IA pueden contener errores: compruébalas con el envase.

La app no da asesoría profesional fiscal, contable, legal, médica ni de ingeniería. Las decisiones que tomes con ella son tuyas.

Tu cuenta

Debes tener 18 años o más y dar información veraz. Eres responsable de mantener segura tu contraseña y de lo que ocurra en tu cuenta. Puedes borrarla cuando quieras desde Ajustes → Eliminar mi cuenta.

Tu contenido

Lo que creas en la app es tuyo. Solo nos das el permiso necesario para guardarlo, procesarlo y mostrártelo para que la app funcione. Puedes exportarlo o borrarlo cuando quieras.

Uso aceptable

• Confirma solo lecturas que coincidan con el envase. No subas fotos de personas ni documentos personales.
• No uses la app para nada ilegal ni para dañar a otros.
• No intentes acceder a datos de otros usuarios, sobrecargar el servicio ni hacerle ingeniería inversa.
• No revendas ni redistribuyas la app o su contenido sin permiso.

Si se incumplen estas reglas podemos suspender o cerrar la cuenta, con aviso previo cuando la ley lo exija.

Disponibilidad y cambios

Trabajamos para que la app esté disponible, pero no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores. Podemos agregar, cambiar o quitar funciones; si quitamos algo por lo que pagas, te avisaremos antes.

Propiedad intelectual

La app, su nombre, su diseño y su código pertenecen a INFRANOVASOFT Technology Solutions. Te damos una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usarla en tus aparatos.

Responsabilidad

La app se ofrece tal cual. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos, lucro cesante ni pérdida de datos, y nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos hayas pagado en los últimos 12 meses. Nada de estos términos limita los derechos que te da la ley de consumo y que no se pueden renunciar.

Apple

Si descargaste la app desde App Store, también se aplica el Contrato de Licencia Estándar de Apple (EULA). Estos términos son entre tú y nosotros, no con Apple; Apple no tiene obligación de dar soporte ni mantenimiento a la app.

Ley aplicable y contacto

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Ecuador, sin perjuicio de las protecciones obligatorias al consumidor del país donde vives. Si los cambiamos actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y te avisaremos en la app cuando el cambio sea importante. Preguntas: desarrollo@infranovasoft.com.
