Delete your account

From the app

• Open NutriScan and sign in.
• Go to Settings → Delete my account.
• Confirm. Your account is closed right away.

Without the app

Write to desarrollo@infranovasoft.com from the email of your account with the subject "Delete my NutriScan account". We will confirm that the account is yours without asking for your password, and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile, your email, everything you saved in the app and your devices' notification tokens.
• Deleted: your drafts, history, favorites and the products you contributed.
• Security logs are kept up to 12 months and backups are rotated within 35 days.

Desde la app

• Abre NutriScan e inicia sesión.
• Ve a Ajustes → Eliminar mi cuenta.
• Confirma. Tu cuenta se cierra en ese momento.

Sin la app

Escribe a desarrollo@infranovasoft.com desde el correo de tu cuenta con el asunto "Eliminar mi cuenta de NutriScan". Confirmaremos que la cuenta es tuya sin pedirte la contraseña y la eliminaremos en un plazo de 30 días.

Qué se borra y qué se conserva

• Se borra: tu perfil, tu correo, todo lo que guardaste en la app y los tokens de notificaciones de tus aparatos.
• Se borra: tus borradores, historial, favoritos y los productos que aportaste.
• Los registros de seguridad se conservan hasta 12 meses y los respaldos se rotan en un plazo de 35 días.
