You can finish a hundred multiple-choice lessons and still freeze when someone asks you a question. Those apps teach you to recognise words. VozBuddy makes you say them.
HOW IT WORKS
- An avatar talks to you. You answer out loud. That is the whole app.
- Subtitles show what it said in the language you are learning and in yours, each with its own switch.
- When a word comes out wrong it tells you which word and which sound, with a tip you can actually use and a pair to practise against: think / sink.
- The words you keep missing come back, both on their own and worked into the next conversation.

The mistakes you make are not random. They depend on the language you already speak: a Spanish speaker says berry for very and eschool for school. VozBuddy knows those, and gives you the same explanation every time so you start recognising it.

Build the face piece by piece: skin, hair, eyes, glasses, clothes. Pick the voice, the accent and how fast it talks, and save your own version of it. The avatar blinks, gesticulates and moves its mouth with what it says.
